Quotations & Pricing

• All quotations are prepared based on initial site visits, measurements, or shared details.

• Prices may change if there are changes in scope, design, materials, or site conditions.

• Quotations are valid for a limited period and may be revised if not confirmed within that time.

Payments

• Advance payment may be required before starting work or ordering materials.

• Remaining payments must be completed as agreed before or upon project completion.

• Delays in payment may result in work suspension.

Custom Work Disclaimer

Most of our services involve custom-made fabrication. Once fabrication or material purchase has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Project Timeline

• Timelines provided are estimates and may vary due to material availability, site conditions, or unforeseen delays.

• Dr Wood Decor is not responsible for delays caused by third parties, building management, or external factors.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate requirements and approvals

• Ensuring site access during agreed working hours

• Clearing the work area before installation

Any delay due to site access or approvals may affect timelines.

Repairs & Adjustments

If any workmanship issue is noticed, clients must inform us within a reasonable time. We will inspect and provide repair or adjustment support where applicable.

Limitation of Liability

Dr Wood Decor shall not be held responsible for:

• Damage caused by misuse or lack of maintenance

• Normal wear and tear

• Issues arising from third-party materials or previous work

Intellectual Property
