At Dr Wood Decor, we believe in honest communication, fair pricing, and clear understanding before starting any carpentry or maintenance work. Since our services involve custom-made work and on-site execution, our refund policy is explained clearly below.

Nature of Our Services

Dr Wood Decor provides custom carpentry, wood decor, repairs, and maintenance services. Most of our work is:

• Made-to-measure

• Designed based on site conditions

• Fabricated specifically for the client

Because of this, refunds are handled carefully and fairly.

When Refunds May Apply

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

• If work has not yet started and payment was made in advance

• If a project is cancelled before material purchase or fabrication

• If Dr Wood Decor is unable to proceed with the agreed service due to unforeseen internal reasons

In such cases, any refundable amount will be discussed clearly with the client.

When Refunds Do Not Apply

Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:

• Once custom fabrication has started

• After materials have been purchased specifically for the project

• For completed or partially completed work

• For design, measurement, or site visit services already carried out

This is because the work and materials are customised and cannot be reused.

Repairs & Adjustments

If there is any issue related to workmanship or fitting, we encourage clients to contact us immediately. We will inspect the concern and provide repair or adjustment support where applicable, instead of refunds.

Our priority is always to fix the issue properly.
